The Partial Sums method is a two-stage process.
Step-1: Add up the hundred place.
400 + 300 = 700
Step two: add the tens place.
80 + 60 = 140
Step-3: add up the ones place.
6 + 5 = 11
Step-4 add all the partial sums to
find answer. 700+140+11=851
