Factors are numbers that are multiplied to get a
product. In the multiplication sentence 3X7=21, the
factors of 21 are 3 and 7.
Multiples
To find a multiple of a whole number. You have to
skip and count by that number .
Example 5,10,15,20,25,30...
Common Factor is a number that will divide into
both numbers evenly. Two is a common factor of 4
and 14.
The Greatest Common Factor (G.C.F.) of two numbers is the
largest number that is a divisor of both. It is sometimes called
