Place Value of a two digit decimal numbers - tenths, hundredths
Example: The number 0.25
The first digit after (to the right) the decimal point is
called the tenths place value. There are two tenths in the
number 0.25
The second digit tells you how many hundredths there
are in the number. The number 0.25 has five
hundredths.
