Rounding Numbers to the Nearest Millions place

To round a number to the nearest million, look at the
digit in the next place to the right. If it is 5 or greater, 
round up. If it is 4 or less, round down.

Example: Round 7,352,785 to the Nearest Million.

Look to the right of the millions place.

The hundred thousands place number (3), is  4 or less, so
round down to 7,000,000

Example-2: Round 7,852,785 to the Nearest Million.

Look to the right of the millions place.

The hundred thousands place number (8), is 5 or more, so
round up to 8,000,000
